App tokens (VPP)

Data → App Tokens lists your Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) tokens — the content tokens MovoSuite uses to see and assign purchased apps.

Each row shows:

Column	Meaning
Name	The token’s name (often the Apple location/organization, e.g. EVERYONE, CANADA).
Apple ID	The managed Apple ID the token belongs to.
Location	The MovoSuite location the token is associated with, if any.
Status	The Apple token state — Valid, Expiring, Expired, or Invalid.
Anonymous Access	A boolean on/off flag for whether this token’s apps appear in anonymous / self-service forms.
Actions	Per-token actions.

Use Export to export the list.

Caution

MovoSuite warns when a token falls within 30 days of expiry (plus a 7-day grace window once expired), and also flags tokens whose Apple state is anything other than Valid — see Alerts & monitoring. Renew the token in Apple Business/School Manager and Intune before it lapses. (Expiry detection is for awareness; assignment-blocking on an expired token is enforced Apple/Intune-side, not by MovoSuite.)

Associating a token with a location records an internal token↔location mapping; together with the location’s own scope tag (carried on its role assignment), this drives self-service visibility of the token’s apps. It does not stamp the location’s Intune scope tag onto the token itself — see Locations.
