Setup checklist

This is the high-level path to a working MovoSuite install, with links to the detailed steps for each item.

Checklist

1. Complete and verify the prerequisites.

2. Complete the Onboarding wizard.

3. Authorize MovoSuite to query Intune on behalf of your users. As a Directory (Global) Admin, click Authorize for Users under the onboarding Step 1 heading. This lets MovoSuite query Intune apps and devices on behalf of your users.

4. Authorize MovoSuite automation. As a Directory (Global) Admin, click Authorize Automation under the Step 2 heading. This lets MovoSuite process requests, send notifications, automate app-group assignments, and update app and device lists from Intune in the background. You may be prompted to grant access to your directory.

5. Configure the sender email address. On the Notifications tab, enter your sender address in the Sender Address field.

6. Configure notification recipient addresses. On the Notifications tab, enter the addresses that should receive backend and approval notifications.

7. Configure Actionable (live) emails. On the Notifications tab, click Create Provider ID under the Actionable Emails section and complete the approval.

8. Test MovoSuite. Try deploying an app to one of your devices, and test the app request form.

Tip

Steps 3 and 4 require a Global Administrator (or equivalently consented roles — see Prerequisites). Line up that access before you start so onboarding isn’t interrupted.
